Delivered

Colossians 1:13 KJV

[13] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Forgiven

Ephesians 4:32 KJV

[32] And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

1 John 2:12 KJV

[12] I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.

Sanctified

Hebrews 2:11 KJV

2) PRESENT/ CONTINUOUS TENSE

Ongoing,activities which require the active participation of the believer.

NB- these are the ones that we shall be rewarded for at the Judgment seat of Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV

[10] For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Walk/Walking

Ephesians 5:2 KJV

[2] And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Galatians 5:16,25 KJV

Honor

Study

Meditate

Take heed

Wrestle

Ephesians 6:10,12 KJV

Put on

Ephesians 6:11 KJV

Fight

Contend

Jude 1:3 KJV

Be anxious for nothing

3)FUTURE TENSE

These are events that are yet to happen to the believer but will happen much later .

Changed

1 Corinthians 15:52-53 KJV

[52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

Philippians 3:21 KJV

[21] Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Romans 8:21-23 KJV

1. describes what Christ has done.

2. What He is doing in and through us.

3. What He will do for Us.
